Cold WorkingAlloys can be strengthened through cold working and can be joined by resistance welding, fusion welding, or brazing. They are suitable for making oxidation-resistant parts that withstand low loads below 1100℃. |
BrazingAlloys can be strengthened through cold working and can be joined by resistance welding, fusion welding, or brazing. They are suitable for making oxidation-resistant parts that withstand low loads below 1100℃. |
Low LoadAlloys can be strengthened through cold working and can be joined by resistance welding, fusion welding, or brazing. They are suitable for making oxidation-resistant parts that withstand low loads below 1100℃. |
Oxidation ResistantAlloys can be strengthened through cold working and can be joined by resistance welding, fusion welding, or brazing. They are suitable for making oxidation-resistant parts that withstand low loads below 1100℃. |
Application Areas
● Thermocouple sheaths in corrosive atmospheres
● Vinyl chloride monomer production: resistance to chlorine, hydrogen chloride, oxidation, and carbonization corrosion
● Uranium oxide conversion to hexafluoride: resistance to hydrogen fluoride corrosion
● Production and use areas of corrosive alkali metals, especially in environments using sulfides
● Production of titanium dioxide using the chlorine method
● Production of organic or inorganic chlorides and fluorides: resistance to chlorine and fluorine corrosion
● Nuclear reactors
● Flasks and components in heat treatment furnaces, especially in carburizing and nitriding atmospheres
● Alloy 600H is recommended for use in catalytic regenerators in petrochemical production at temperatures above 700℃ for longer service life.
